Our COVID-19 Response

COVID-19

Third Update: Running at Full Capacity

June 16, 2020

During the last 2 months, we have been very fortunate to retain our full staff through the help of the Paycheck Protection Program. With our office staff working remotely and our production team split into 2 teams, we have been able to operate as close to normal as possible.

As the state of Maine began its opening process, we implemented a phased approach to bring our employees back to our headquarters. June 1st, we brought our full production team back together in addition to 2 of our office staff, June 8th we added 4 more office staff, and finally, on June 15th we brought back the remaining 5 members of our office staff.

We are following all CDC guidelines, including:

  • Increased cleaning protocol
  • Social distancing
  • Wearing masks when in shared spaces
  • Having meetings outdoors as weather permits

We know that many states are also beginning their opening phases. We want to let our customers know that we are here to help in any way that we can. Please let us know how we can help you.

Second Update: SBA Loan Information

March 24, 2020

For many small businesses, we anticipate the coming weeks and months may present financial hardships. When it became clear that COVID-19 was going to impact the industry, we met with our bank to see what we, and other small businesses, could do to during these times.

We want to make sure that everyone has access to the resources they may need so, we are encouraging all of our customers to view this comprehensive presentation on the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program. This document outlines an extensive overview of the program and step-by-step instructions for filing an application online. If you are approved for a loan, you can choose not to accept it−there is no risk involved.
